DNA Artwork is a browser-based creative platform that generates digital artwork from genome data files provided by users.

By accessing or using DNA Artwork, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the service.

DNA Artwork is intended for artistic and entertainment purposes only and does not provide medical, scientific, health, ancestry, or genetic analysis services.

You may use DNA Artwork to upload compatible genome data files, generate artwork, preview designs, and purchase digital exports or related products.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and only with genome data that you own or have permission to use.

You must not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or misuse the service or its underlying systems.

DNA Artwork is designed so that raw genome files and parsed genome data remain within your browser during processing and are not intentionally uploaded or stored by DNA Artwork unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for the security of your own device, browser, files, downloads, and backups.

While DNA Artwork is designed with privacy in mind, no software or online service can guarantee absolute security.

DNA Artwork may offer both free and paid digital exports, including low-resolution previews and high-resolution artwork downloads.

Free exports may contain watermarks, branding, reduced resolution, or other limitations.

Paid exports provide access to higher-quality digital artwork files for personal use.

Certain features or exports may require payment through third-party payment providers.

Paid digital exports are personalised digital products generated specifically for you. By purchasing and starting a high-resolution export or download, you agree to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that cancellation and refund rights may no longer apply once delivery has begun.

Refunds are generally not provided once high-resolution artwork has been generated or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

DNA Artwork does not provide medical advice, health analysis, ancestry verification, diagnostic services, or scientific interpretation of genetic data.

Any visual patterns, highlights, labels, or artistic representations are decorative and creative in nature only.

You should not rely on DNA Artwork for medical, health, legal, scientific, or ancestry-related decisions.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use and upload any genome data files used with DNA Artwork.

You are also responsible for reviewing exported artwork before sharing, printing, publishing, or distributing it.

You must not use DNA Artwork in a way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

DNA Artwork retains ownership of the website, branding, software, rendering systems, visual styles, and related intellectual property.

Subject to these terms, you may use purchased artwork exports for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise stated.

You may not resell, redistribute, copy, or commercially exploit DNA Artwork software, branding, or generation systems without permission.

DNA Artwork may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment providers, print services, analytics tools, affiliate partners, or external websites.

Those services operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, and practices.

DNA Artwork is not responsible for third-party services or their content, availability, products, or policies.

DNA Artwork is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DNA Artwork shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-related losses arising from the use of the service.

This includes loss of files, interrupted access, export issues, third-party service failures, or misuse of artwork after download or sharing.

DNA Artwork may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time.

Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
