Privacy and how it works

Decorative artwork, local-only genome processing

DNAArtwork does not provide medical, ancestry, health, ethnicity, trait, disease risk, or genetic interpretation. It creates decorative artwork generated from your genome file.

What stays local

  • Your genome file stays on this device.
  • We do not upload, store, or copy your raw genome file.
  • We do not store SNPs, genotypes, or parsed genome data.
  • We do not create or save genome-derived tracking IDs or seeds.
  • We do not send genome data to our database, analytics, payment providers, or third parties.
  • Your genome data is processed temporarily in your browser only.
  • If you refresh, close, or leave the page, the genome data is cleared.
  • Saved styles may include colours, layout, and artwork settings, but never genetic data.
  • Artwork only leaves your browser when you choose to download or save it.

Palettes and collections

You can save custom palettes and collections of artwork settings. These records store colour choices, style selections, layout controls, and other non-genetic settings only.

Collections do not contain raw files, parsed variants, rsids, genotypes, chromosome positions, genome-derived seeds, image hashes, or final artwork images.
