Delete Account Request
You can delete your DNA Artwork account from the Account page or by contacting us. Last Updated 14/05/26
Overview
You can delete your DNA Artwork account at any time from the Account page, or by contacting [email protected].
Account deletion is intended to remove your account and associated data from DNA Artwork systems.
What Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, DNA Artwork will remove account data, saved palettes, saved collections, saved artwork settings, and any files or records associated with your account within DNA Artwork.
Your login profile will also be removed, meaning you will no longer be able to access the account.
DNA Artwork does not intentionally store raw genome files, parsed SNPs, genotypes, chromosome data, or genome-derived seeds during standard browser-based processing.
What May Not Be Deleted
Account deletion does not necessarily remove information held by third-party services, such as payment processors, authentication providers, print providers, analytics platforms, or external websites.
Some records may need to be retained for payment processing, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, legal compliance, or other legitimate operational reasons.
Third-party services may handle deletion requests according to their own terms, privacy policies, and legal obligations.
Download Before Deleting
Before deleting your account, you should download or save anything you want to keep.
Once your account has been deleted, saved settings, collections, and associated account records may not be recoverable.
How to Request Deletion
The easiest way to delete your account is from the Account page while signed in.
You can also request account deletion by contacting [email protected] from the email address linked to your account.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a deletion request made by email.
